Tanya DeMarco
Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Paralegal
Tanya handles our bankruptcy, foreclosure and modification cases. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Seminole State College. Tanya was the first paralegal intern to work for a circuit court judge. She worked with Judge Alan Dickey, then the Chief Judge of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, learning what judges expect from the attorneys who appear before them. She brings that knowledge to work for our clients, making their cases run smoothly.
Tanya was inspired to pursue to legal profession after helping her dad recover his savings from an unscrupulous company who swindled him for thousands of dollars. Her passion is fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves.
Tanya enjoys spending her free time with her family, cheering from the sidelines of both soccer and football fields for her four boys.
Stefanie Phelps
Office Manager & Legal Assistant
Stefanie Phelps provides a dual role for the Badgley Law Group. As the Office Manager, she ensures that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis, and as the Legal Assistant, she provides needed assistance to both the attorney and the paralegals.
Stefanie was born in Lockport, New York, located just outside of Buffalo, but raised in Melbourne, Florida after she and her family relocated. After many years in Real Estate and Retail Management, Stefanie decided to pursue her passion for the law. She is currently attending Seminole State College to obtain an Associates of Science Degree as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. She is expected to graduate in summer of 2017. Stefanie has gained a wealth of knowledge in the legal field during her internship in the Legal Affairs Office at Seminole State College and through her time here at the Badgley Law Group.
Stefanie is someone who cares deeply for our clients and strives to ensure each and every client is treated with dignity, respect, and becomes part of the Badgley Law Group family. Building a strong rapport with the clients and maintaining strong relationships with them is of the upmost important to Stefanie. She enjoys continuing to expand her knowledge in all aspects of the legal field and aspires to be a paralegal in the future.
In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with both friends and family.
Susana Guerrero
Student Intern
is a student intern at Badgley Law Group who has interned here since 2016, when she was a junior at Lake Mary High School. Susana is now a freshman at Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana pursuing a degree in Sociology and Political Science, as well as a minor in Justice Education. She speaks fluent Spanish and loves to interact with our clients.
Susana is a part of the Saint Mary’s College dance team, as well as the University of Notre Dame Debate Team.
